Sexuality remains a major factor in quality of life at any age. Studies show a prevalence of 43% of female sexual problems. Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause affects 85% of women who have been menopausal for more than 6 years. Yet women find it difficult to talk about it and wait for doctors to bring it up. These changes are physiological and do not, in themselves, indicate the end of sexual desire. Sexual practices will need to be revisited because the response is slower and sensations less intense.

Conclusion: Demonstrate that post-menopause does not mean the end of sexuality, but rather a different kind of sexuality.
